(PRBuzz.com) April 4, 2012 -- A new phrase has been coined; know as the 'Scouse Brow', not too dissimilar to the 'Essex Brow'. Both are bold eyebrows, filled in with some sort of brow liner or eye shadow. Either way the sole aim is to create a big bold shape with a sultry arch. Some people simply hate it, others love it, but some of us adapt it by toning it down. They're so popular even Kate Middleton seems to have taken inspiration. So yes, there is something to be learned. Bold eyebrows shape the face and can really change the way someone looks. Just try and achieve this in the most natural way possible. Ideally people would want to use a powder with an angled liner brush and an eyebrow brush to distribute the product. Remember not to apply too liberally, as people can always add more but taking away is a pain. If like many women the our third of your brow simply won't grow back, then use a darker colour here so that it blends in with the rest of the brow. An alternative is to simple use a liner specifically for the eyebrows. These normally come with a thinner tip for the most natural application. Remember to sharpen eyebrow pencil regularly, as they become more blunt they distribute thicker amounts of product leading to an overly heavy brow.
