Looking groomed and polished in one step is as easy as doing your eyebrows. Having a well defined and maintained eyebrow frames your face and instantly makes you look more put together. With that in mind; let's have a look at MAC Cosmetics eyebrow pencil.

The brief: ‘Self-propelling, self-sharpening, brow defining. Confidently adds what you need: shape, colour and density in one streamlined tool. Like a pen, it creates its own just-right point. Creates striking arches, it's easy to tote around and no sharpener is needed.'

How to apply: Simply twist the bottom of the canister and colour in over the top of your own eyebrows in shot strokes, go back through in the wrong direction for more colour density.

The pros? MAC Cosmetics are famed for their industry standard products in a vast array of tones; whatever your hair colour, they will have an eyebrow pencil to match. This twist up nature of this pencil is great as it means no sharpening and therefore no wastage. It's a really pigmented colour and a lovely creamy formula to boot. Furthermore, it's nice and slim so you can keep it in your everyday make up bag, this is a really nice product with great functionality.

The cons? When the make up artist in the MAC shop demonstrated this product she also patted a bolder shade on top to give a depth of colour and more statement to the brow. This brow pencil is more of a day time thing and you may want to invest in other powders to wear on top for a bolder look which is yet more money to spend. However you don’t need to if you are happy with a more natural look.
