Even on a no makeup day I don’t leave the house without shaping my brows. Uh uh. No way. I don’t care how nice your skin is or how beat your face is, if your brows are jacked up it messes up your entire look. Since my eyebrows are barely there, patchy and have no real shape at the moment since I am trying to grow them back in, I have to give them extra TLC. I use different methods but prefer to use a pencil since it’s the quickest and easiest way to give my brows a natural but defined shape. My usual holy grail brow pencil is MAC automatic Brow Pencil in Stud but I think it may have some competition, Senna Sketch-A-Brow!
Senna Sketch-A-Brow has a fine point making it easy to create faux hairs to give your brows definition and fill in sparse areas. It’s automatic so there is no need to sharpen and it even includes a small brow comb to blend in the faux hairs that you created with your natural hairs. It comes in 4 shades Blonde, Light Taupe, Dark Taupe and Mink. If you have really dark brows or dark hair Mink, a very deep brown will work best. My hair is currently blue black and Mink works for me…
The pencil glides on smooth and the color can be applied lightly for natural looking brows but can also be built up for more intense brows. I was able to use Sketch-A-Brow to define my non-existent arch and make my brows look very full without looking too harsh…
Glad to have this new addition to my brow arsenal. You can never have too many good brow definers!
Senna Sketch-A-Brow retails for $18 for .003 oz which is on the expensive side of the spectrum, and can be purchased at www.sennacosmetics.com
