* Maybelline New York Line Stylist works better to define brows
* Wish I had not spent the money on Maybelline New York Define a Brow
* Still recommend trying the Benefit Brow liner set

3 of 4 people found the following review helpful: 1.0 out of 5 stars What a joke. Maybelline should be ashamed., By turtledove (Austin, Texas) – See all my reviews This review is from: Maybelline Define-A-Brow Eyebrow Pencil, Soft Black 641 1 ea (Misc.) I bought this eyebrow pencil at my local grocery store when I ran out of my Avon Glimmersticks eyebrow liner and didn’t want to have to wait to order it online. I prefer the “twist up” style of eyebrow liner over pencils because I don’t like dealing with sharpeners and shavings.

I paid $5 for this pencil and it’s an absolute rip off. First, the product can be twisted up but not back down, so if you twist too much product up it breaks off easily. Which is the BIGGEST problem with this pencil. The product it so thin and dry and cheap that even if I twist up just enough product to use on my brows, the tip breaks off while I’m applying it. My vanity has little tiny pieces of this pencil all over it, and I’ve used up almost the entire pencil in under 2 weeks. This is a cheap, bad product, do not buy it. I’m going back to Avon!
