Which Way To Wonderland? // UK Beauty and Fashion Blog: Mii ...

Afternoon ladies!

Before Christmas, I was contacted by the team over at Mii Cosmetics asking if I'd like to try out a couple of their products. I was allowed to pick any 2 products from the website and at the time there wasn't anything I essentially needed, so I thought I'd try out something different!

I used to never really bother with my eyebrows at all - I'd pluck them often, but apart from that, that's all! However, on the Mii website, the 'Perfect Brow Pencil' caught my eye. I thought trying out a completely new product would be exciting and had high hopes for Mii to convert me from an eyebrow pencil virgin!

I chose the pencil in the colour 'Focus' as this was the darkest shade. In total there are two different colours; there is a lighter brown one suitable for blondes.

The packaging of the Perfect Brow Pencil from Mii is very simplistic. It is plain white with a simple brand logo on the front. I wouldn't necessarily say that it is eye-catching or would attract me over to a shelf in a shop however I wouldn't consider this to be a bad thing as it does look very sleek and clean sitting perfectly in my make-up bag.

The brow pencil has 2 sides - the actual pencil as well as a little brush. In all honesty, I didn't think I'd make much use out of the brush however it has proved very useful for taming my brows before using the pencil, as well as smoothing it out after application.

The pencil itself is also good quality. Some other brow pencils that I've tried have been either too scratchy, too dark or not pigmented enough but this one, thankfully, meets all my requirements. The colour matches my eyebrows really well and the pencil is soft and so blends easily which means I'm not left with overly dark and scary brows!

Overall, I'm very impressed with my first experience using Mii products and I can genuinely say that I have used this EVERY single day since receiving it and can guarantee that when I eventually run out, I will be repurchasing! I'd definitely recommend it if you are thinking of buying an eyebrow pencil anytime soon.

Mii Cosmetics Perfect Brow Pencils are available here and cost £9.95.

Have you tried any products from Mii Cosmetics?

Do you fill in your eyebrows? If so, what do you use?
