NYX 923 Copper Slim Eye Pencil Review and Swatches

Now when it’s bright and shining in my part of the world I thought of taking out NYX Copper Eyeliner which was bought almost 8-9 months ago.Actually Zee, bought it when we did our cherry culture shopping but by mistake it stayed with me and later on I thought of keeping it for myself rather than sending her just one eyeliner.She is not use to of opening one product packages anyway

When we are buying from NYX there are en number of choices and its more or less of a gamble only .It’s still easy to gamble when you are shopping from cherryculture as price are pretty decent but in India NYX is not that as cheap .

The creamy, long-wearing eye liner formula goes on easily and resists bleeding. The creamy texture delivers intense pigmentation while it moisturizes. The formula is renowned for its lasting power. Illuminate your eyes with NYX eye pencil!

As NYX have these in variety of shades they have made it easy for those who like to hoard them by giving it a colored end.Name of the shade and number is printed on it with its ingredients.I would really like if India companies also do that One needs to sharpen it and its remains quite sturdy in extreme of temperature.

Texture – It has a pretty average texture and needs to swiped two times atleast to build up the pigmentation but its not harsh and won’t hurt you .It glides smoothly and can be removed off easily with any makeup remover.Best thing about these are that they don’t smudge .

Color – A Copperish red with slight gold undertone.

In the below pic I have swiped it once, twice and multiple times. This eyeliner can be used as an eyeshadow also because of its long staying power.Just swipe it multiple times on your eyelids and smudge it with a eyeshadow brush or your finger.Apply any coloured eyeliner like green and you are set for a party .

Swatched again – I also like the fact that one can wear the shade during the day as well as night and it doesn’t look OTT.

Recommendation -NYX slim pencil are soft , glides easily, pigmented and have long staying power.They are not as good as Faces or colorbar but I like them and will definitely recommend buying those shades which are not easily available in other brands.

Also, If you like copperish shade then just apply this on your lips and dab some lip balm .Quite a multipurpose shade.Isn’t?
