This company was previousl Models Prefer and appeared on QVC a few years ago. I was intrigued by the claims for the eyebrow pencil at the time and bought it.  I absolutely loved it immediately and it was better than any other eyebrow pencil I had previously used and I had found my Holy Grail product so used it and re-purchased it regularly. It comes in only one shade - Universal Taupe and depending on the pressure you apply it, adjusts to most shades of coolish toned brown.  Even with eyebrows as dark as mine, almost black, it is perfect.  Amazing really.

Once it became very popular QVC were often out of stock of it and then, surprise surprise, the price went up ..... they knew they were onto a winner. Dont quote me on this but I seem to remember initially they sold 2 for about £11 plus P&P which wasnt too bad. When the price went up quite a bit I felt they were just taking advantage of the customer loyalty and I decided to stop buying it. I never stopped liking it.

In the interim I have tried several other eyebrow pencils, some much better than others. I really loved the MAC one but thats pricey too. So of late I have been using a fairly inexpensive one that works quite well. I was very keen to get hold of the Maybelline one but as yet they dont do it in the UK and my various attempts to get it from the US companies have always gone wrong.

So ..... I thought I would have a search around for my old favourite, the Models Prefer.  I found it recently on Ebay. There are various people selling it there and I chose one of the cheapest I think (who had (100% good Feedback). I paid £9.99 plus 99p P&P. I do resent having to pay this amount for something that really was much cheaper but well, thats the way it goes. It arrived recently and wow, its as good as it ever was and I am annoyed now that I stopped using it! It gives me such a very soft natural looking brow. I actually only need it to fill in gaps from over-plucking years ago. Its fantastic and I guess I am going to now stick with it having found it again. Truly my Holy Grail eyebrow pencil.

Since I prepared this review, my good friend in America has bought the Maybelline one for me and it is on its way to me so when that arrives and I get a chance to use it, I will post about that one.
